Summary/Objective
This employee helps our members achieve their potential through fitness by providing customized fitness programs including education and guidance on proper nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, and other programs.
Essential Functions

1. Conducts service appointments with members which include nutritional counseling, proper use of fitness equipment, proper forms of exercises, etc.
2. Advises members on ways to achieve their fitness goals.
3. Develops individualized exercise programs consistent with our members’ personal fitness and exercise goals.
4. Continually monitors and assists members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises.
5. Ensures facility cleanliness and tidiness.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position requires flexibility to work hour-long sessions that accommodate the club members who request the service. These hours could occur Monday through Sunday.
Required Education and Experience
Minimum of 1 year experience.
Nationally recognized certification.
AED/CPR certification.
