EMR’s Industrial Division is looking for a Sales Representative to serve the Baltimore Metro market and surrounding areas. EMR Industrial is a leading provider of service, repair, installation and sales of Electric Motors, Pumps, Gearboxes and controls. Founded in 1927 in Baltimore, MD, we are a 3rd-generation, family-owned and operated business. Our office is located at the corner of Loch Raven Blvd and 25th Street in Baltimore City.
Job Description:
The Sales Representative will work out of our Baltimore office and seek to develop new accounts. Office hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Compensation is a base salary of $47,091.20 plus commission, with the potential to earn six figures annually.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience/background in Outside Sales
- Must possess strong organizational, customer service and communication skills
- Experience dealing with Industrial accounts, electric motors and mechanical related equipment a plus.
- Be a Team player and self-motivated.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate a CRM to track sales productivity, prospecting and customer activity.
- Must be a member of or willing to join 1 business networking group.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of three years. Sales Rep will use an EMR branded company car.
- Must Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
