Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using multi-line phone systems
- Assist in office management tasks such as organizing files, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents accurately
- Utilize computer literacy to handle emails, data entry, and basic office software
- Provide administrative support including clerical tasks like photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Assist in order entry processes and maintaining office supplies inventory
- Support project coordination by liaising with various departments and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role
- Familiarity with phone systems and office management procedures
- Strong ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Proficiency in computer literacy including MS Office suite
- Knowledge of administrative tasks such as clerical duties and order entry
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
