Summary of the position
This position would support a group of Business Development Advisors across the firm in Event Planning and Marketing support to facilitate the growth of the business. This position would help the Advisors focus more efficiently on business development and strategic oversight. The Client Administration Associate tasks include:

Managing event planning for business development across many different locations in Florida and other states

Work in conjunction with the Marketing Department and Compliance to ensure presentation and/or correspondence is prepared

Pulling reports from Salesforce to support Business Development Advisors in understanding business inflows/outflows and maintaining prospect pipeline

Food ordering or gift coordination

Back up and work alongside our Administrative Assistant as needed
Responsibilities

Marketing liaison/coordination and Event Planning

Planning small scale and larger events, including:

Client Appreciation Events (all clients)

Prospect/Client Presentations (Schwab or Fidelity)
-
Prospect/Client Happy Hours or dinners (Schwab or Fidelity)

Breakfast or lunch orders for Schwab branch visits

Internal events & holiday party
-
Community outreach/volunteering

Serve as point of contact for vendors setting up events and coordinating logistics
Requirements:
Required Skills/Experience

Minimum of 2 years work experience in event planning/coordination or similar role

Ability to be flexible and iterate based on needs of the firm
Preferred Skills/Experience

PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel

Experience with Salesforce preferred
