As a Support Staffing Specialist, you will be responsible for communicating caregiver’s schedules to them and taking responsibility for all details of each care reservation you are staffing on behalf of Jovie. What you will be doing:
- Monitor and work the queue for care sessions completed and accept new reservation case offer notifications from Back-Up Care families.
- Document and resolve customer issues and complaints including ongoing interaction with the customer as needed, and share all feedback with local office to support issue resolution
- Perform analysis on service issues to identify trends and process improvement opportunities. Make recommendations based on results of analysis.
- Promote quality initiatives throughout the brand by representing quality in customer and caregiver interactions
- Be accountable for personal metrics. Analyze gaps on an ongoing basis; collaborate with Manager on process changes, as appropriate
- Work closely with leadership to ensure department goals are met
What we need from you:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Required: 2 years Customer Support experience
- Preferred: 2 years customer de-escalation experience. 2 years’ experience staffing based on provided availability
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work with difficult customers and de-escalate critical situations
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented
- Intermediate level of knowledge/expertise in MS Office Word and Excel
- Ability to clearly and efficiently communicate telephonically to customers about the concept of Jovie
- Motivated to meet and exceed goals as an individual as well as contribute to the success of a larger team
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
