Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, equipment, or systems - Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues - Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical problems - Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and document maintenance activities - Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics - Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors or other maintenance staff - Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role - Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand and power tools - Familiarity with electrical systems and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Customer service-oriented with the ability to interact professionally with employees and external contractors/vendors - Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate the work of others - Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision - Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
