TreeHouse Health is seeking full-time or part-time psychotherapists who value clinical excellence, joyous engagement with others, and creative approaches to healing.
For over 25 years we have been respected by parents and professionals alike for providing the highest quality attachment-focused, trauma-informed psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and the adults who care for them. We’ve worked with many families, especially those whose kids have challenges stemming from early childhood trauma and attachment disruption, and those that formed through adoption.
We believe in working to live; not the reverse. Working with us you will be encouraged to strike a healthy balance between life and work as together we make the world a better place one person, one couple, and one family at a time. You will be part of a community of professional, kind-hearted mental health experts. We provide highly regarded and advanced supervision and training in:
- the treatment of attachment and trauma in children and adults,
- the practice of Brainspotting, and
- the application of Parenting in SPACE, our therapeutic parenting program.
Our clinical leaders are trained in and will base supervision on both Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, a model for treating Development Trauma, and Brainspotting, a Neuroexperiental model for treating trauma. Our Clinical Director, Billy Kaplan, is a Certified Brainspotting Consultant and Practitioner.
We take care of the entire “back office” - administration, intake, marketing, insurance, etc - because we want you to focus on what matters: bringing your best clinical self to the people you are treating.
- We provide services in our Wilmette offices near the Old Orchard Shopping Center and, or by telehealth.
- Individual and group supervision, as well as the training we provide, is compensated.
- We offer competitive pay. You won’t have to wait until we get paid by us until you get paid, as with other practices; we pay monthly for your previous month’s sessions.
- Paid time off, CEU compensation, a retirement plan, and health insurance are available for full-time employees.
Candidates must be able to work Mondays/Wednesdays 2:00 to 8:00 pm or Tuesdays/Thursdays 2:00-8.00pm at our Wilmette office and via telehealth. Candidates with full clinical licensure (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) are preferred, and candidates who have a master's degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work may also apply.
