Full Time Client Services Representative

We are a locally owned Financial Services Company seeking an experienced, professional Team member to join our growing Client Services Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service via telephone and email to our nationwide base of clients. The rapid growth of our business is causing the need for a new generation of Client Service Representative to provide world class service to our clients.
This position is the voice of the Company to our business Clients – only the best will do.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between client and our organization
- Ensure our records are accurate and updated
- Communicate monthly to our clients averaging 100+ outbound calls per day
- Respond accurately and timely to all client inquiries
- Support the needs and requests of other Team members and Departments when related to the client’s account
- Contact inactive clients to update their records and determine if they will begin utilizing our services again
The ideal candidate will (demonstrate) have the following:
- Minimum of 1 year customer service telephone experience
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Ability to multi task and pay attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a Team environment
- Professionalism, energetic and highly self motivated qualities are a must
- Some sales experience helpful, but not required
This position is in person/in office, Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. Compensation includes base pay of $17 - $19 an hour. We also offer benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance as well as Monthly Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Vacation and 401K.
