Part Time Customer Service Associate - New Home Community

SUMMARY
Be the first point of contact to potential homebuyers as they begin the process of finding a community to call home!
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a community storyteller (tells the community story).
- Manage social media pages. Provide content, social media calendar on a monthly basis.
- Follow up on leads generated through sources including website, advertising, walk-ins, events etc.
- Register and update prospects in Mailchimp.
- Participation in Realtor relations programs (on and off-site presentations).
- Aid in preparation of and attend all on and off-site community events.
- Regularly review and report on community (cleanliness, signage, landscaping, maintenance, etc).
- Be comfortable speaking with homeowners. Assist with and record homeowner inquiries.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRMENTS
- Facebook/Instagram posting, traffic generation.
- Exposure to software applications including Word, Excel, and Dropbox.
- Desire to learn Mailchimp to send eblasts and produce reports.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lift 10-20 lbs.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
OUTLINE OF SCHEDULE
- This position requires minimum of 2 days per week, including 2 weekends per month, so approximately 8-10 days per month. If you work a weekend, you typically don't work the 2 weekdays prior to the weekend.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 18 per week
