Role and Responsibilities
This position will be tasked with providing outstanding customer service to new and established customers of Texture, Inc. This role will also provide internal support to team members by providing regular updates on customer schedules and forecasted material needs. This role reports directly to company leadership and has accountability to the team.
- Provide timely estimates to customers for stock and custom materials.
- Provide customers with regular status updates on orders.
- Serve as subject matter expert for stone and tile materials to customers, architects, designers, and contractors.
- Present Texture Inc materials to new prospective customers
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Communicating effectively with clients and team members to interpret their requirements and needs
- Collaborate with internal and external teams on continuous improvement of the customer experience
- Perform other sales and project management related functions as directed by leadership
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management
- Construction trade experience strongly preferred
Preferred Skills
- Customer relationship management
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
