Overall Purpose Of The Job
- This role will take the lead on regional program contract portfolio and subcontract administration.
- Will also assist in the organization and development of contractual products and assignments. They will work closely with assisting the Director of Contracts with proposal development, teaming agreements, non-disclosure agreements and other contractual documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer prime contracts and subcontracts, ensure the purchasing procedure is followed
- Keep all internally developed tracking mechanisms up to date and provide reminders to team members as appropriate;
- Develop formal contractual correspondence;
- Participate as a team member during the proposal development process
- Track meetings and deadlines required
- Assist in reviewing and writing proposals, TAs, MOUs, and NDAs
- Assist in negotiating proposal rates and terms and conditions
- Maintain comprehensive subcontract/procurement electronic and hard copy files in accordance with company policies, procedures and Federal Regulations;
- Ensure compliance with (1) contractual terms and conditions and (2) contract technical requirements during contract performance up to contract closeout or termination.
- Assist in the development of process improvements for contract and subcontract management;
- Support problem resolution and provide guidance to program management as required;
- Support prime contract invoicing and tracking;
- Conduct internal reviews against company policies and procedures;
- Other special duties as assigned.

Required Work Experience
- 5-7 years experience in Federal Acquisition Regulation and Defense contract knowledge.
- BS or equivalent education and experience
- Overseas deployment experience required
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook
- Proficiency in contractual language and contract principles
- Understands regulatory compliance
- Certification desirable but not required
Required Languages
- Foreign language preferred but not required
- Travel / Rotation Requirements (Brief description of any travel or rotation requirements)
- Must be willing to travel overseas

Pay: $64,557.41 - $77,746.56 per year
