Education: High School Diploma Minimum
Work Experience: 10 Years or more minimum.
Job Hours: Mon, Wed, Fri, Every other Saturday. 8:30-5. Will require 2 initial weeks of training Monday-Friday. Possible Rotating Saturday Position. Saturday work is a plus. Employer can adjust hours slightly at start of employment.
Skillset, Traits: Communication Skills, Positive Attitude, Computer Literate with Experience with Word and Excel, Understanding of Filing, General Office Organization, Golf Cart General Knowledge Preferred but not Required. Inventory Management and Online Item Sales experience is a plus.
Responsibility:
1. Answering phone, greeting and assisting customers with pricing and information
2. Filing, organizing office documents. Writing office documents.
3. Assistance with ordering, checking in inventory regular, writing and receiving purchase orders. Pricing items as they come in.
4. Dusting and minor housekeeping.
5. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $9.50 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
