Nixon Medical is seeking an energetic Route Service Representative to join our Service team! This position supports the Service Department by ensuring excellent customer service and expert inventory management.
As a Route Service Representative, you will load and unload a company-provided truck, deliver and pick up customer products, provide outstanding customer service, maintain vehicle safety, and cover assigned routes as needed.
Route Service Representatives at Nixon Medical work Monday to Friday, with no weekend work required.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy independent work on the road, delivering exceptional customer service and managing inventory expertly.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering outstanding customer service and expert inventory management.
- Loading and unloading trucks daily, ensuring accurate deliveries that exceed customer expectations.
- Building rapport with customers and being the first point of contact for inquiries.
- Recommending new products and ensuring service agreements are renewed.
What You’ll Require:
- 3+ years of professional customer service experience.
- Self-motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds daily.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to safely operate a 24ft box truck.
- DOT physical required.
