The Senior Advisor role is responsible for a portfolio of private aviation clients in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. Expert knowledge in the aviation industry is necessary as the role will need to craft customized solutions and negotiate contracts for clients.
The person in this role is required to have a strong work ethic, must remain focused on deliverables even when under pressure, and shall possess an unshakable commitment to achieving results.
Job Duties
· Responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships
· Proactively communicate with clients at least once per month
· Schedule quarterly reviews to review client portfolios
· Analyze client travel requests, conduct unbiased industry research, manage findings, and present results to the client in a timely manner
· Send a monthly invoice review summary email (or call) to client within 7 days of receiving statement
· Provide trend analysis to client when they are underutilizing or overutilizing their contract
· Proactively discuss impact of upgrade requests/exchange ratios and international requests/exchange ratios same day, but no later than next day
· Proactively anticipate and manage potential changes and operational challenges through flight quality control checks
· Proactively recognize and resolve client issues and problems, and provide clients with timely, accurate, and appropriate communication
· Provide guidance to Advisor when dealing with client issues (flight delays, mechanicals, concessions, etc.)
· Ensure client information and activity is up-to-date in CRM software
· Other duties as assigned.

· Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot)
Requirements
· Must be available to work 5 major holidays a year
· Must be available to work on Saturday or Sunday (still 5 days a week schedule)
· Must be able to work a set schedule
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· Experience in account management
· Private aviation experience
