We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team at our amazing client. As a key player in our HR department, you will be responsible for a broad range of human resources functions, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop top talent within their manufacturing environment.
Senior Human Resources Generalist Compensation and Benefits:

Senior Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities:
-
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for roles ranging from professional to manufacturing positions, including sourcing, reviewing, screening, and interviewing candidates to match their experience with job requirements

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance internal customer service within the HR function
-
Analyze data from various sources to recommend and execute appropriate employee and leadership corrective actions

Maintain and file required annual reports, such as affirmative action plans and EEO-1 reports
-
Collaborate proactively with leadership to develop and improve employee engagement, on-the-job training, and onboarding processes
-
Partner with HR leadership and other business leaders to provide strategic support on key organizational initiatives
Senior Human Resources Generalist Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
-
5-7 years of experience in human resources, encompassing a variety of HR disciplines
-
Proven expertise in at least one of the following areas: recruitment, training and development, talent management, or employee relations

Track record of successful process improvement within an HR context

Strong knowledge of Federal and State employment laws and regulations

Highly motivated and driven to excel in all aspects of the role

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Commitment to maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism
