Overview:
Appliance repair experts is an in home appliance company servicing the coachella valley. We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all aspects of administrative support.
Office hours are Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm, we are closed on weekends and all major holidays.
Position does not provide insurance benefits. After 90 days you will have 5 personal days per year. After one year of employment you will have an additional 5 personal days per year, totaling 10 per year.
We are a small family owned business looking for a office manager to join out team.
** Must be able to life 50 pounds- required for minimal part stock pulling**
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Create and update records and databases
- Track stocks of office supplies
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Handle all customer complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain relationship with business contracts
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or a relevant administrative role
- Minimum typing of 45WPM
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- High school diploma required
- Ability to work independetly
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Verifiable employment references will be required.
