Job Summary:
We are seeking a Medical Front Desk Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating front desk activities, and ensuring a professional and friendly reception for patients, visitors, and clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Interact appropriately with patients and record information while greeting, check-in, check-out or scheduling appointments for patients.
- Utilize computer programs to add new patients, check patients in and out, print out relevant forms for processing, and schedule appointments.
- Handling incoming calls, take detailed and accurate messages, and ensure messages are directed to the appropriate individual.
- Clearly communicate information to our patients, visitors and staff.
- Verify patient insurance via phone or website and collect any necessary payments.
- Updating patient information in EHR as needed.
- Help organize and maintain office common areas.
- Maintain supply inventory and alert manager when supply is low.
- Aiding patients as needed.
- Answering phones
Additional Duties & Responsibilities:
- Send correspondence via email, fax, USPS or FedEx.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Work experience as a Front Desk Coordinator or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of basic administrative tasks
- Experience in customer service or related field is a plus
- Fluent in English and Spanish
-Speaks Vietnamese is a plus but not required
Education & Experience
· Experience in a Medical facility (1 year) Required
· Knowledge of medical insurance (1 year) Required
· Knowledge of electronic medical record (1 year) Required
· Computer Skills (1 year) required
