As a Full-Time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative at Bones & Associates – Allstate, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding service to our valued policyholders.
Location: Viera, FL (Remote/Hybrid Position)
Responsibilities:
Answer inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage issues, consumer concerns, and general questions.
Process client policy modifications accurately based on provided data.
Verify new customer coverage and provide policyholders with proof of insurance documentation.
Track and follow up on customer inquiries to ensure all questions are addressed.
Stay updated on new marketing efforts to effectively respond to insurance product inquiries.
Handle concerns, propose solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution within set timeframes.
Requirements:
Customer Service License (4-40 or 20-44).
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of previous experience in P & C insurance service is required.
Knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules is preferred.
Strong active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
