Overview:
We are seeking skilled Leasing Consultants to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting prospective tenants with their housing needs and ensuring the overall success of our property.
Duties:
- Connect with prospective residents during property tours, appointments and calls to effectively highlight the features and benefits of the property
- Process lease applications and renewals, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- Utilize Yardi or similar software for data entry, lease preparation, and maintenance of resident records
-Handle transactions including rent, deposits and move-in, move-out inspections
- Stay updated on market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities to assist in setting leasing goals
Skills:
- Proficiency in data entry and record keeping as well as word processing, calendar management, and social media
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices to address tenant concerns effectively
- Ability to negotiate lease terms while adhering to legal requirements
- Experience using Yardi or similar property management software for leasing activities
- Strong administrative skills to handle lease documentation and resident communications
- Previous experience in property leasing or related field is preferred

Pay: $20.24 - $26.98 per hour
