Become the Residential Sales Manager for an Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Company!
Elite Pro Painting is seeking an experienced field Sales Manager in the Indianapolis metro region to lead, train, and develop our growing residential sales team. This position will report to the company’s Residential Business Manager and will be the pivotal role for driving residential sales growth moving forward by implementing effective closing strategies, mentoring our sales team, and ensuring our high standard of exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve company sales goals, including identifying key market opportunities and maximizing revenue potential.
- Develop Processes: Establish and refine prospecting, quoting, and project sales cycle processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Lead Field Sales Execution: Lead the day-to-day field sales activities, ensuring that sales representatives effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Track Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance, metrics, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess progress towards targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Reporting & Projections: Provide regular monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reporting and projections to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations for achieving sales objectives.
- Team Development: Provide mentorship, motivation, and coaching to the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Career Development: Conduct one-on-one career development sessions and performance reviews with team members to identify strengths, address areas for improvement, and support career advancement.
- Problem-Solving: Act as a resource for territory representatives, offering guidance and problem-solving assistance to overcome challenges and drive sales success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential sales management, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated success in coaching and developing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in sales management software and Google Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
