El Super Pan, a vibrant Latino chef-driven restaurant located in Ponce City Market is looking for a kitchen manager with strong leadership and costs control skills to continue driving our team forward. We are passionate about our concept and are looking for an individual who shares our passion for hospitality and Latin American cuisine. Prior restaurant experience with longevity is required. Bilingual ( English - Spanish) desirable. Applicants should have the following skills and attributes:

Responsibilities include:
- managing inventory including conducting monthly inventory counts
- managing labor and food costs to budget
- coaching team members with a positive demeanor that helps them reach their potential
- placing orders
- understanding and performing opening and closing procedures
