Position Summary
The Federal Work Study position is a part-time, student worker opportunity with National University. The Admin Support Service role within the Student Accessibility Services (SAS) at National University is primarily responsible for supporting the current SAS team with student time accommodation requests. The Admin Support Services will be updating the student course room to reflect the students new time accommodation for the 1:1 modality. This individual will work directly with the Academic Schedulers on other administrative needs.
Essential Functions:

Maintain confidentiality.

Sending emails to students
-
Assisting in additional support functions within the SAS team

Abid by FERPA/HIPPA and ADA regulations

Support SAS team members in additional projects and initiatives
-
Work with D2L, SharePoint and other university systems as needed.

Reasonable and consistent attendance is required for this position.
Requirements:

Must be a current National University student who has completed a current FAFSA

Ability to work up to 20 hours per week Monday-Friday: 9-1 (PST)
Technical / Functional Skills:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent time management skills.

Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.

Ability to complete projects in a timely manner.

Outstanding organizational skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Candidate receiving offers will be offered a salary/pay rate commensurate with experience that vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Absent exceptional circumstances, candidates will be offered a salary within this range for this position. The minimum salary will be offered based on the minimum exemption threshold based on state of residency.
