As the Operations Case Manager, your responsibility involves providing crucial support to the department's daily office operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to prioritize tasks effectively. Additionally, professionalism, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment are essential. Your pivotal role extends to facilitating the effective delivery of employment training services to adults diagnosed with intellectual disabilities, familiarity of behavior management, encompassing the management of cases, streamlining operations, and creating a supportive environment for individuals seeking vocational skills and employment opportunities. Ultimately, as the Operations Case Manager, you are instrumental in maintaining office efficiency and contributing to the overall success of the department.

Specific Duties:
- Oversight and support for the department to ensure the quality delivery of services
- Assess and evaluate the needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- Develop and implement personalized case plans to address specific employment and behavior goals.
- Monitor and track progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure success
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of participant progress and program activities.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
- Communication with family members, service coordinators employees and other stakeholders
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required documents, records and files
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Oversee scheduling
- Coordinate and plan meetings
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with regional, state, and governmental agencies
- Support management for office efficiency
- Oversee the quality of services is being met
Must-haves:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preference
- Registered Behavior Technician preference
- Experience with standards theories practices, services and resources in the related fields
- Possess the ability to analyze complex and difficult theoretical and practical problems and to prepare and deliver written and oral reports recommending solutions.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Experience with behavior management techniques and/or applied behavior analysis
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Valid driver’s license
Ongoing:
- Maintain a clean fingerprint background clearance
- Maintain an updated CPR and First Aid card on file
- Physical requirements – ability to walk, stand, stoop, bend, push, and lift 35 lbs.
- Maintain a vehicle that is reliable in good working condition for transporting interns and completing other assigned tasks
- Maintain a good driving record and updated vehicle insurance.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
