Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Train and mentor front of house staff on service standards and procedures
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements for guests
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of food service
- Maintaining one on one interaction with customers to ensure a great dining experience and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Demonstrates Knowledge of entire menu
-Ensure front of house staff maintains cleanliness and organization standards of the dining area
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving overall restaurant performance
-Responsible for hiring, scheduling, development, discipline and training new FOH employees
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a full service restaurant management is a must (3 Years)
- Strong knowledge of Aloha POS system or similar restaurant management software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Experience with banquet or event planning is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
