Position: Customer Service Representative and MR&O Technician
Overview:
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and MR&O Technician, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, processing orders, and handling maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MR&O) activities. We are looking for a dedicated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels.
- Communicate effectively with customers to acknowledge and resolve complaints.
- Communicate with customers to provide timeline and status updates on serviced equipment.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our products to address customer queries confidently.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Provide constructive feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and timely support.
- Provide exceptional customer service, effectively communicating with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns.
- Serve as the central point for customer support, offering assistance remotely and onsite when necessary.
- Document all service and support activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently.
- Initiate MR&O activities.
- Assist other team members in servicing and diagnosing inbound aircraft.
- Perform repairs and tasks according to customer requirements and specifications.
- Travel at minimum 10% of the year for onsite support and training.
- Document personal processes and create necessary documentation for future reference.
- Operate UAS as a Certified Part 107 pilot, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Troubleshoot and repair UAS mechanical, electrical, software, and C2 systems.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on the operation and maintenance of UAS systems.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Able to perform under pressure while making sound decisions.
- Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
- Proficiency in computer usage.
- Experience working with customer support.
