As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes such as job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Aid in writing policies and procedures and in ensuring compliance.
Maintain employee records and handle confidential information with integrity.
Support employee onboarding and orientation procedures.
Assist in benefits administration and enrollment processes.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
Help in performance management activities including tracking employee productivity.
Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Prior experience in HR or a related field is a plus, but not required.
