Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field plus 3 to 5 years of experience working with families
· Licensure (LCSW, LCSW-A, LCMHC-A or LCMHC) required.
· A basic understanding of trauma and families in crisis and the interrelation between trauma and symptoms of trauma with a desire to protect and support families
· An ability to communicate ideas clearly, listen accurately, and establish rapport with diverse populations
Supervision: Chief Operating Officer
Essential Duties:
· Delivers culturally competent best practice intervention by interviewing, assessing, developing, and implementing treatment plans, evaluating services, and documenting service delivery utilizing the FCT model
· Complete the Wheels of Change and all relevant training toward FCT Supervisor Certification from the FCT foundation and maintain certification
· Provide weekly team supervision and individual staffing every other week. In addition, review training and certification of FCT Specialists
· Review FCT documentation routinely to determine if FCT Specialists are meeting FCT adherence and fidelity goals. Provide summaries as requested to the Chief Operating Officer
· Responds quickly to referrals and assignments of trained FCT Specialist to families in crisis needing immediate support
· Partners with the family to recognize their core strengths and values and assist the family in identifying and honoring their intrinsic beliefs and values while maintaining program fidelity
· Provides support and utilizes an analytic process to evaluate change, and the family’s ability to use strategies presented through the four phases of treatment
· Maintains an accurate written record of contacts and assists with the tracking and compilation of data and reports in a timely manner
· Promote a positive image of the Parenting PATH and demonstrate an ability to work and execute responsibilities as part of a community and agency team with the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, including participation in agency events
· Implement a flexible schedule that will meet the various needs of staff and families, including 24/7 emergency calls, and notify the Chief Operating Officer of the emergency or crisis.
· Other duties as assigned.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to accomplish the job
· A valid North Carolina driver’s license with proper insurance coverage
· Ability to travel between various locations to assist families with reaching their goals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,500.00 per year
