Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating the efficient and timely entry of patients into our office setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and facilitate the efficient and timely entry of patients into the office.
- Answer phones and schedule appointments with accuracy and professionalism.
- Check in and check out patients, ensuring a smooth process.
- Collect co-pays and deductibles.
- Copy and manage insurance ID cards and driver's licenses.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Work with other departments to ensure everyone is working proficiently and effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors.
- Foster a supportive and collaborative team environment by providing outstanding assistance and service to one another.
