We are seeking a person who is interested in investing long term into the growth and development of our practice. The responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to:
Client Care:
- Primary point of contact for all communication
- Friendly interaction with all clients. Create a welcoming and inviting environment.
- Checking in / Checking out patients
- Comply with HIPAA / OSHA protocols
- Follow-ups and reminders
- Marketing for client acquisition and retention
- Cross-selling of products and services
- Maintain summarized knowledge of all services and products offered
MA
- Assist the medical provider during all medical and cosmetic procedures
- Maintain clean, sterile, and blood born pathogen procedures
- Setup and organization of treatment room, cleaning, and sterilizing instruments
- Taking before and after photos and during treatment pictures/video
- Maintaining patient records, updating information, documentation
- Provide education post-procedure care
- Maintain supplies and stock
Administrative
- Flexible with front and back office duties (e.g. scheduling appointments, confirmations, check-in / check-out)
- Participate in continuing education, staff meetings, and occasional events
- Inventory management and supply ordering
- Social media marketing, follower engagement, and content creation
- Vendor representative interaction

Job Type: Part-Time (25-35 hours/week)
Pay: $19-$21 per hour
Shift:
Weekly day range:
- Weekdays + 2 Saturdays/month as needed
- Weekend availability a plus
Professional Skills and Requirements:
Required Experience
- Medical Assistant
- Must be comfortable working around blood, needles and medical procedures.
- Must have proficient computer skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Professional and friendly attitude
- Time management skills
- Customer service: 1 year
- Administrative: 1 year
Preferred Experience
- Medspa, Salon Environment: 1 year
- Social Media Management
- Blood Borne Pathogen Certification
- Knowledgeable in proper medical terminology and HIPAA/ OSHA standards
- Front desk: 1 year
