Experience:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant required
- Strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Working knowledge of SAP a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, demonstration of flexibility and prioritization
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication (both verbal & written) skills
- Handles sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision and guidance
- Manage purchase card reconciliation timely on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate logistics for onsite meeting caterings and setup
- Administrative support to coordinate tour schedules with other departments
- Administrative support for maintaining inventory of supplies for department
