Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Collision Technician to join our team. As an Auto Collision Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Perform automotive/collision repairs and maintenance tasks according to manufacturer's standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Conduct inspections and identify necessary repairs or replacements
- Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timeframes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as an Auto Collision Technician
- Trade Certificates and education is a plus and will be considered in experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues
- Familiarity with auto estimating software is a plus
- Customer service-oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Must have appropriate tools for repairs
