This position is responsible for:
- Receptionist duties including: Answering Corporate office phone lines; Managing corporate email, communication between corporate office and satellite stores.
- Human resources duties including: Pre-interviewing, setting up interviews & On-boarding of new hires.
- Organizing and providing pricing for corporate catering events as well as donation.
- Social media duties including: Replying to customer feedback and questions and other social media activities.
- Reviewing new contracts terms and conditions
- Inventory Management; Inventory and ordering supply's for bakery's and office. Communication with vendor's and price auditing activities.
- Graphic design duties using Adobe & Canva. Creating point of sale signage for social media post and door signs of new product rollouts.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Organized and Motivated; Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in MS Office Suite. Must be detail oriented and organized with time management skills. Preferred recent administrative office experience. Ability to work well with others and multi-tasking are must.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
