ARTTRA, Inc is seeking a System Administrator for Help Desk Support.
The experienced system administrator will know how to implement software and hardware solutions. Potential candidates should have experience in training users on system usage and understanding network operation center (NOC)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Will include, but are not limited to the following:
· Installing, supporting, and maintaining systems within the organization.
· Planning for and/or responding to possible outages or unforeseen problems.
· Upgrading, installing, and configuring application software and computer hardware
· Managing Windows systems
· Troubleshooting and providing technical support
· Creating and managing system permissions and user accounts
Education:
· A Bachelor’s Degree may be substituted with Associate Degree 2 or more years of relevant IT experience
.
Certificates, Licenses and Registrations:
· CompTIA Security+ CE
· Clearance: Active Top Secret.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
