Aegis Administration is a leading administrative services company that specializes in providing top-notch support for claims management. We are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.
As a CSR, you will develop and maintain excellent relations with new and existing customers, resulting in increased levels of customer retention. CSR's will handle complaints and resolve customer issues, assist with the claims process and provide account status.
Specialists will handle inbound and outbound calls to existing customers ensuring that each customer receives the highest level of customer service. You will assess, identity, and make proper changes to customer accounts to assist when necessary.
Duties Include:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
- Help resolve customer concerns and investigate to identify the root of their issues
- Provide customers with options to retain their protection plan
- Provide cancellation options when necessary
- Correspond with other departments to assist with customer issues
- Submit refund requests and send letters to customers
- Other duties as assigned with this position
Qualifications:
- Customer service – Retention Specialists need excellent client or customer service skills to successfully assist and interact with customers, members, and employees
- Patience – This role requires a high degree of patience, as Retention Specialists need to gather information related to customer or employee dissatisfaction and determine how to best resolve the situation
- Conflict resolution – Retention Specialists also need to be skilled at conflict resolution and should be able to navigate situations where customers or employees are unhappy with the company
- Problem-solving skills – Effective problem-solving is central to this position. Retention Specialists need to think on their feet to provide solutions to customer issues or employee complaints
- Communication skills – Retention Specialists should be strong written and verbal communicators since they tend to speak with customers on the phone or with employees in person. They often need to prepare reports, as well.
- Organization skills – Organization is key in this role because Retention Specialists must maintain detailed records of interactions and update customer accounts to reflect changes
Applicants must be fast learners, customer-friendly, computer savvy, and proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Applicants must have warranty experience.
