Position Overview: We're looking for a Studio Coordinator who is passionate about skincare and exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact for our studio, you will be pivotal in ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the studio.
- Ensure a pleasant and seamless client experience.
- Upsell service add-ons, retail products, and memberships.
- Answer incoming phone calls and manage appointment bookings.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, stocked with necessary stationery and materials.
- Provide accurate information in-person, via phone, and email.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role preferred.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful and proactive in addressing issues.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Positive customer service attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
