I & E Construction is a fast growing, family-owned full service general contractor, currently looking for motivated, and hardworking candidates. The Project Administrator position consists of processing and tracking submittals and RFI’s, maintaining electronic, and hard copy files, update various logs that need to be updated daily. Coordinate with project team member’s calendars, schedules, and locations. Attend project meetings, record and distribute meeting minutes, complete daily reports, collect, prepare, and distribute all Close-Out documents, and maintain inspection logs.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES: The Project Administrator position performs the following:
- Process and track submittals and RFIs
- Attend project meetings, record and distribute meeting minutes
- Maintain electronic and hard copy files
- Maintain and update various logs that need to be updated daily
- Coordinate with project team member's calendars, schedules, and locations
- Maintain inspection logs
- Daily reports
- Collect and prepare all Close-Out documents and distribute
- Project progress billing
RESPONSIBILITIES – The Project Administrator position is responsible for the following:

8. Using and submitting all forms and reports in a complete, accurate, and timely basis
9. Ensuring work areas are clean and presentable to customers and other visitors
10. Maintaining a reasonable work environment and obeying safe working practices
11. Treating customers with courtesy at all times
12. Maintaining confidentiality on all corporate subjects that are classified
Requirements:
Knowledge of the Construction Industry
Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities
Work well independently as well as within a team
Excellent written and verbal communications skills and demonstrated ability to interact effectively with management, customers, and team members
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.71 - $29.75 per hour
