Description:
Warmly greet Members and Guests and Physical Therapy patients.
- Answer phone calls in a friendly, helpful and timely manner
- Maintain excellent communication channels between Therapists, Patient/Clients and Main office
- Schedule Appointments, Pre-Screen Insurances, Collect co-payments as well as other administrative duties
- Respond to Patients concerns, suggestions and complaints in a timely, professional and consistent manner.
- Represent the Company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
- Maintain reception area in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Attend all meetings and training sessions as required.
- Exhibit awareness of and enthusiasm for all programs offered by Cape Cod Rehab and it's affiliated
Fitness facilities
Requirements:
Computer literate, excel, data entry
- Medical office or other front desk experience
- Cooperative and friendly attitude.

Ability to work 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday with some flexibility for earlier or later shifts
