POSITION SUMMARY
This candidate will be responsible for the coordination and utilization of drivers and routes, to maximize productivity and ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all customers.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures maximum productivity by achieving or exceeding Company-established goals by successfully routing vehicles.
Prepares, updates and disperses daily route schedules.
Gathers and maintains route sheet documentation for pick-ups (scheduled, missed, extra pick-ups), route completions, and driver locations.
Ensures route completion via driver check-in process.
Courteously interacts with customers, as required.
Reports driver performance issues and concerns to appropriate management for resolution.
Follows all required safety policies and procedures.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
