Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations and management of assigned properties - Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Conduct property showings and lease negotiations with prospective tenants - Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies - Coordinate maintenance and repairs for the properties - Collect rent payments and manage delinquencies - Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation - Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants - Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services Qualifications: - Previous experience in property management or related field preferred - Strong knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and regulations - Proficient in data entry and property management software (e.g., Yardi) - Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) program is a plus - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively - Strong organizational and time management skills - Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
