Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planning Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The candidate will train junior maintenance personnel on all preventative maintenance activities for the facility. Will lead inspection to ensure an effective preventative maintenance procedure and framework. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and a solid background in maintenance (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, PLCs', and automation).
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, lead, and train a team of maintenance technicians
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment functionality
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement or repair
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues
- Fabricate or repair equipment as needed
- Manage high voltage electrical systems
- Perform electrical work on both high and low voltage systems
- Utilize an ohmmeter for electrical testing
- Manages spare parts inventory to ensure the availability of required parts
- Will support all maintenance initiatives for the assigned facility as well as supporting all company wide initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within maintenance or facilities management
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in utilizing CMMS software
- Experience working with high voltage electrical systems
- Knowledge of both high and low voltage electrical systems
- Ability to fabricate or repair equipment as needed
- Skilled in utilizing an ohmmeter for electrical testing
