Daily Dish/Prep and Line Cooks Wanted
Line Cooks main responsibility is to prepare hot sandwiches, quesadillas, cold wraps and salads as volume dictates. Other responsibilities include prep work, maintaining par stocks and upkeep and cleanliness of work areas.
Dish/Prep main responsibility is to ensure all food equipment is cleaned and sanitized. Other responsibilities include prep work, upkeep and cleanliness of work areas and the cafe.
Must have experience in a fast paced environment and be able to take direction well. Some culinary/cooking experience and knowledge of cooking methods preferred. This is an hourly position. Pay is commensurate of experience. Must be available to work weekdays as well as weekends.
