The Dishwasher at Tohkomeupg - Camp for Boys helps to provide meal service to residential campers and camp staff throughout the summer camp season. This is a high-paced kitchen environment providing 3 meals a day on most days. The Dishwasher works as part of the kitchen team, and under the direct supervison of the Head Cook.
Responsibilities Include:
- Washing and cleaning all dishes and maintaining a clean, organized ‘dish area’, stocking, wrapping pre-cooked baked items, cleaning, working together in a team environment to bring the best service to our customers.
- Working directly alongside other kitchen employees (prep, baker, short-order cooks) and helping them to maintain and stock our service area. (Ex. Taking out the trash, fetching food to be prepped.)
- Helping to maintain our lodge area (Trash, cleaning and sanitizing tables, checking bathrooms.)
