Position Overview:
Our compliance program is growing, and we are looking for an entry-level Compliance Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role by providing compliance support to both our internal teams and external clients. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to expand compliance knowledge, learn about the insurance industry, grow professionally, and directly contribute to Telos’ growth.
What you will do:
- Research, prepare and submit product filings through System for Electronic Rates & Forms Filing (SERFF) and Florida Insurance Regulation Filing System (IFRS)
- Track and report on status of filings across states and jurisdictions
- Coordinate responses to regulatory objections and inquiries
- Communicate directly with regulators
- Ensure compliance with all rate and form filing requirements
- Communicate with actuaries on filing strategy and status updates
- Review and edit insurance forms, to ensure compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organized records and documentation of all filings
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
