Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in leading project teams, mentoring less experienced staff members, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage project teams throughout all phases of the design process, from concept development to construction administration.
Provide design direction and guidance to ensure that project objectives are met while maintaining high standards of quality and innovation.
Mentor and coach less experienced staff members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Review and approve project deliverables to ensure compliance with design intent, code requirements, and client expectations.
Contribute to business development efforts by participating in client meetings, proposal preparation, and presentations.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance design capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
Applicant Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of project types and scales.
Professional licensure (RA) preferred.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing project teams.
Excellent design and technical skills, with proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
Commitment to mentoring and developing junior staff members.
Demonstrated passion for architecture, design innovation, and sustainability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $82,479.00 per year
