Description: The waitstaff/server/food prep/dishwasher will provide dining room service with a friendly disposition, help residents with food orders, and assist in general kitchen duties (cleaning, documenting and general food service.) They are also responsible for maintaining cleanliness and set up of dining room.
Requirements: Minimum six (6) months experience in dining room operations, age 18 or over or have proper work permit and work authorization documentation, current First Aid certification, DOJ and FBI fingerprint clearances, health screening and negative TB test (must be less than 6 months old and can be completed within 7 days of hire) and will comply with all Federal, State and Licensing Regulations (Title 22 and Health & Safety Codes).
Responsibilities:
· Friendly, Caring and Warm
· Help residents with breakfast, lunch and dinner
· Clean dining room, kitchen, and reset area.
· Washing Dishes
· Mopping
· Table set up.
· Maintain salad bar and beverages areas (if applicable).
· Deliver trays when necessary.
· Assist in seating of residents.
· Report residence to miss meals.
· Other duties as directed.
