Tech Ops Engineer
Position Summary
At Apiary Medical, the TechOps Engineer is a cornerstone at the junction of IT operations, software development, and business process optimization. This multifaceted role requires deep technical expertise in ERP systems, with a strong preference for NetSuite, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a solid command of Excel. Your responsibilities include fortifying our technology infrastructure to ensure it's robust, scalable, and precisely aligned with our business goals. In this position, you will lead the development and optimization of our financial and accounting systems, playing a critical role in our ability to efficiently deliver top-quality medical products and services. Key to this role is maintaining data integrity within our ERP systems and utilizing Business Intelligence (BI) tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

Who YOU Are and WHAT You Will Be Doing
You are:
- A quick learner, capable of rapidly mastering new technologies and systems.
- Proficient in Excel and scripting languages, utilizing these tools to enhance data manipulation and automate tasks.
- Skilled in ERP systems, with particular expertise in NetSuite, to develop custom solutions that address complex business needs.
- Strategic in your approach, ensuring that technology deployments enhance operational efficiency and achieve financial objectives.
- Well-versed in government contracting and its impact on technology and data management.
- Experienced with warehouse/distribution processes, knowledgeable in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and CRM systems to ensure smooth operations and effective customer relationships.
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and management of financial data, crucial for reliable financial planning and reporting.
- Responsible for maintaining data integrity in ERP systems, with a strong proficiency in NetSuite.
- Experienced with Business Intelligence software, effectively analyzing data to support organizational decision-making.
Your responsibilities include:
- Owning the solution architecture for ERP systems, ensuring scalability and support for the company's rapid growth.
- Serving as a key architect in the enhancement of ERP systems, focusing on clean data, efficient processes, and integration with BI tools to support all business areas, including supply chain, financial reporting, and customer relationship management.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain integrations and application solutions, particularly for financial applications like Revenue Recognition and Billing Architecture.
- Managing projects and various efforts alongside business leaders to align the technology stack with both short-term needs and long-term business strategies.
- Implementing and refining data cleanup processes within ERP systems to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and integrity across the business.
- Leveraging BI tools to analyze data, extract insights, and generate reports that inform strategic decision-making, enhancing operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Extensive experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, including development, customization, and data management.
- Solid background in government contracting, warehouse/distribution processes, WMS, CRM systems, and financial data management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to adapt to new technologies swiftly.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
