CLIENT SERVICE /NEW ACCTS ASSOCIATE/SCHEDULING

Primary and Secondary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Maintain and update the office calendar.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Communicate with staff to ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
- SCHEDULING. Answer phones & greet clients in a friendly, positive and warm manner
- Be the 1st point of contact for prospects and clients
- Maintain office supplies and out-going correspondence
- Assist clients with issues and concerns
- Build and improve upon client relationships
- Database management / Data Entry
- Assist with client inquiries regarding their account
- Set appointments with prospect & clients & assist Advisor with calendar management
- Pre-appointment preparation including compiling account summaries
- Maintain office filing system; both paper and electronic
- Complete & process new client applications
- Record notes from client conversations
- Assist with various marketing objectives
- Other industry-specific tasks as needed
- Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly manner
- Complete each service request and resolve client issues
- Input notes into CRM and keep updated
- Coordinate and follow up on each client transfer
- Review application prior to submission
- Prepare client review summary for upcoming appointments
- Maintain professional communication with clients and staff
- Assist with Client update reports and mailings
- Assist in setting client appointments for Advisor
- Assist with New Business processing
- Case Prep
- Submitting Applications
- Preparation of Policy Paperwork
- Assist with Client and Prospect Events.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Department Director.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
