Multi Unit Restaurant District Manager
Duties:
- Implements all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems effectively.
- Monitors and reports on operational costs in functional areas, notifying management of cost and labor overruns. Offers recommendations and implements solutions for related issues.
- Provides guidance to District and General Managers on labor matters such as safety, security, employee relations, scheduling, training, and grievances.
- Ensures Managers and supervisors adhere to company policies and practices fairly and equitably.
- Efficiently recruits, trains, develops, and evaluates staff, taking corrective action promptly and in line with company policies.
- Collaborates with Human Resources in investigating and resolving any arising issues in the Area.
- Maintains flexibility to work varying schedules, long hours, holidays, and weekends as required.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
- Ensures the accomplishment of restaurant goals across all areas while upholding company protocols.
- Guarantees compliance with federal, state, and local laws as well as ethical business standards.
- Offers leadership, guidance, training, and growth opportunities to subordinate managers and crew members. Upholds standards for product quality, equipment, and performance.
- Proposes recommendations for equipment purchases and business property enhancements.
- Supervises the reporting and tracking of organizational performance metrics, ensuring relevant financial data is provided to Executive Leadership.
- Manages budgets and controls expenses efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years restaurant operations experience.
- Advanced ability to communicate, influence and negotiate decisions while motivating staff
- Advanced ability to create and implement given strategic direction
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Advanced understanding of the function’s structure and policies with an intermediate understanding of the structure and policies
- Advanced understanding of budgetary concepts and procedures
- Advanced understanding of performance review process
- Advanced understanding of portfolio management: input to output, decision making process, logical sequence of activities, interdependencies between activities/tasks, deliverable prioritization, and timeline
- Proven track record and success managing multiple units/stores
- Experience working in Quick Service Restaurant, multi-unit environment
- Proficiency in Restaurant Operating, Back of House, and Point of Sales systems preferred

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
