Responsibilities:
Educate and advise customers on the benefits of solar energy and our innovative product offerings.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential customers and create effective strategies to engage them.
- Conduct both in-person and virtual consultations to assess energy usage and develop customized solar solutions for customers.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, highlighting financial savings and environmental benefits.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track leads efficiently.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process, addressing all questions and concerns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, government incentives, and advancements in solar technology.
- Learn and adopt our INTEGRITY lead generation system with high closing ratios, even if you lack prior sales experience.
Experience:
- No prior solar sales experience needed.
- Preferred background in solar, HVAC, electrical service, or installation.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in learning and using CRM software for lead management.
- Proven experience in technical service or a related role is preferred but not required.
- Passion for learning about energy and solar energy systems.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in outside sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous as we serve diverse communities.
Training:
- Unpaid training provided with the option of a draw of $400/week for 2 months. This draw will be reimbursed incrementally from future commissions.
Compensation: Commission-based pay ranging from $50,000.00 to $250,000.00 per year.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time and part-time positions available.
- Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week.
