Well established and growing North Shore Office Equipment Company seeks energetic, detail oriented individual for a customer service position. Position includes but not limited to, emailing, data base entry, receiving phone orders, calling customers, filing, scanning and some accounting
Must be able to follow directions, work well with others and have excellent people & communication skills. Experience in bookkeeping, accounting and other general office duties is necessary.
Experience with Digital Gateway E-Automate is a Plus. Excel, Word and general computer proficiency is required.
We offer an excellent salary & benefits package. The work schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm. We are a non-smoking and casual office environment.
